As the Brand Marketing Manager at Zero Gravity, you will own the end-to-end brand ecosystem as this mission-driven company scales into a multi-product architecture. You will define the positioning for AI-powered tools that connect high-potential students from low-opportunity backgrounds with top-tier careers, balancing commercial enterprise requirements with authentic Gen Z community engagement.

What you will do:

• Create the overarching brand architecture and messaging frameworks for multiple distinct products under the Zero Gravity umbrella.

• Lead go-to-market brand strategies for new AI-powered product launches targeting both D2C student and B2B enterprise audiences.

• Partner with the Content and Community Manager to translate high-level strategy into compelling, high-performing visual identities and campaigns.

The ideal candidate:

• 5-6 years of experience building and scaling brands, ideally within fast-growth environments or multi-product marketplaces.

• Strategic thinker who is also a high-execution "doer," capable of designing brand systems and writing copy without constant oversight.

• AI-fluent marketer who utilizes modern AI tools to amplify productivity and understands how to position AI technology to diverse audiences.
