About us

Founded in 2015 by friends Valentina Muntoni and Stephanie Bennett, Rat & Boa is a bold and unapologetic fashion brand built on the celebration of femininity and individuality. Known for our signature prints, dramatic silhouettes, and nostalgic glamour with a modern twist, we create pieces designed to elevate every moment of dressing up.

We are more than a brand — we are a growing global community. Every collection tells a story, blending romanticism with edge, and we’re on an exciting journey to evolve into a fully-fledged fashion house. With ambitious plans to expand into new categories and explore fresh creative directions, this is an incredible time to join our team and help shape the next chapter of our story.

The role:

As Brand Manager, you will be the guardian of our brand identity and the driving force behind our content strategy. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — shaping how we communicate across all channels and ensuring our campaigns and storytelling inspire, engage, and grow our community.

You will work closely with the creative, product, and digital teams to deliver compelling, cohesive content and brand campaigns that reflect our vision and connect emotionally with our audience.

The main elements of the role are:

  • Strategic Mindset: Turn business goals into bold, insight-led brand and campaign strategies.
  • Creative Edge: Strong storytelling skills with a sharp eye for visuals that inspire and connect.
  • Content Expertise: Build and run multi-channel content calendars that engage and convert.
  • Collaborative Energy: Unite creative, digital, and product teams around a shared vision.
  • Organisational Skills: Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with ease.
  • Data-Driven Thinking: Use analytics to measure impact and optimise campaigns.
  • Digital Know-How: Stay ahead of social trends and emerging content formats.
  • Leadership & Growth: Coach and inspire team members and freelancers to deliver their best.
  • Commercial Focus: Link brand activity directly to sales, engagement, and loyalty.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Education/Experience: 4–6 years in brand, content, or campaign management (fashion or lifestyle experience a plus).
  • Proven Skills: Delivered 360° brand campaigns, grown engaged digital communities.
  • Technical: Comfortable with project management tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling. Adobe Creative Suite or Canva knowledge is a bonus.
  • Strengths: Creative storyteller, organised multitasker, strategic yet hands-on. Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits
  • 30 days annual leave (plus bank holidays and an additional 0.5 days on Christmas & New Year's Eve)
  • Medicash plan
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Pension Scheme
  • Enhanced sick pay
  • Enhanced parental pay
  • Hybrid working
