As a Junior Brand Manager, you’ll support the delivery of bold, creative, and effective marketing campaigns that elevate Samsung’s leadership in Digital Appliances, working alongside some of the industry’s best marketers across Brand, Channel, Retail, Training, Product and Sales teams.

Role and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns for new product launches and seasonal activations across Refrigeration, Laundry, Vacuum, Cooking, and other DA categories.

  • Manage creative asset development, messaging and claims development, localisation, and approval via Samsung’s systems (e.g. Brand VI, , SELMS, CPMS), ensuring internal and external collaborators have everything needed to complete flawlessly and in a timely manner.

  • Support the creation and rollout of go-to-market toolkits ensuring all assets, messaging, and guidelines are consistently delivered across all consumer touchpoints.

  • Manage the DA asset library and ensure all content is current, relevant, and accessible to key stakeholders.

  • Partner with Channel & Retail Marketing team to support retailer campaigns to ensure our products are showcased with impact both online and in-store.

  • Collaborate with the .com team to ensure the latest assets, product stories, and consumer journeys are represented effectively online.

  • Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and brand activities, providing regular reporting on key KPIs such as engagement, sales uplift, and ROI.

  • Monitor market activity and competitor campaigns, working with the CMI team to deliver updates and insights to the DA Brand team.

  • Coordinate with the Corporate Marketing teams (Social, CRM, PR, Digital, CSR) to ensure consistent messaging and maximise campaign reach.

  • Bring inspiration and new ideas to the team by keeping everyone informed on market trends, consumer insights, and industry innovation.

  • Experience in brand marketing in technology, FMCG, entertainment or an agency role

  • Contributed to delivering successful marketing campaigns and/or product launches

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail

  • Able to theme data & insights and translate into actions

  • Strong communication & presentation skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.

  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
