As a Brand Manager, you will develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for our product in order to drive sales. You will develop marketing and trade plans that deliver against the brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and colleagues to create marketing and trade marketing plans.
  • Identify growth opportunities and understand competitor activity.
  • Develop briefs for advertising, media, point of sale, and packaging design agencies.
  • Implement marketing plans, design brand strategies, and report on progress and performance.
  • Monitor budgetary expenditure monthly with clients and trade channels.

Professional Competencies:

  • Experience: Recent marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods, preferably in grocery/pharmacy trade sectors and Health & Beauty/OTC/Licensed medicines.
  • Qualifications: Recognised Marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) essential; Marketing degree preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and sales databases. Strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail.
