Join our team as a Brand Manager to shape and implement the Capital.com brand. You'll report to our Marketing Director, execute new trading brands, refine brand identity, and drive impactful campaigns. If you’re passionate about brand strategy, we want you on board!


Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Director, Brand in building the brand function within marketing, ensuring the Capital.com brand vision is implemented across all touchpoints.
  • Execute new trading brands and establish them in the market, ensuring consistency with Capital.com’s brand identity and positioning.
  • Assist in the development and evolution of Capital.com’s brand identity and tone of voice, contributing to the refinement and ongoing development of brand guidelines and assets.
  • Deliver on Capital.com customer knowledge and insight needs, working cross-functionally to ensure insights inform brand decisions and communication strategies.
  • Own the management of Capital.com’s marketing campaign calendar, ensuring strategic alignment across the business, and proactively suggest new campaigns where relevant to support go-to-market initiatives and business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital UA (User Acquisition) and Engagement departments to ensure that creative, copy, and campaigns effectively support the go-to-market approach and impact core KPIs such as acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness. 
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless and effective execution of brand initiatives.
  • Ensure all communications align with brand standards, consistently representing the Capital.com brand in all marketing outputs.
  • Support the development and implementation of brand KPIs and metrics, including tracking brand awareness, to monitor the performance of brand initiatives and ensure measurable outcomes and actionable insights.
  • Manage and coordinate events and awards participation with relevant stakeholders, ensuring brand representation aligns with company objectives.
  • Suggest new ideas and opportunities for brand growth and visibility, proactively contributing to the continuous evolution and improvement of Capital.com’s brand strategy, positioning, and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Brand management within the Financial Services sector
  • Knowledge of CFDs and Spread Betting is preferred
  • Familiarity with the Financial Markets
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to work autonomously: Demonstrates strong self-management skills with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving skills: Able to identify challenges quickly, propose creative and effective solutions, and drive initiatives to resolution, even in complex and dynamic environments.
  • "Can-do" attitude: Displays a proactive, positive mindset with a strong willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
