Description

Cardo Systems, the global market leader in wireless communication systems for Motorcycles, Outdoor, and ORV helmets, is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Brand Manager to lead the UK brand strategy and establish and manage our social media presence in the UK market.

This role combines strategic brand building with in-market execution, including social media activation, retailer engagement, training, and event support. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for motorcycling who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being close to the customer, both online and in person.

This position territory will be designated for the UK, Ireland, and Scotland.

The position reports to the Sales Manager, North and East Europe.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Brand Management (50%)

  • Develop and execute the UK brand strategy in line with global brand guidelines.
  • Adapt global marketing assets and campaigns for the UK market.
  • Conduct regular retail store visits to ensure brand visibility and gather market feedback.
  • Train and educate retail partners and store teams on product USPs, brand values, and new product introductions, on Motorcycle and Outdoor.
  • Represent the brand at key trade shows, activities, and consumer and retailer events.
  • Collect real-world/end-user feedback and circulate this information internally.

Social Media & Digital Activation (50%)

  • Lead the further development of all UK social media channels (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Develop and implement a UK-specific content calendar aligned with brand and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with influencers, creators, and content partners to drive engagement and awareness.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, reach, etc.).
  • Localize global content and create bespoke UK-relevant content to grow a loyal community.
  • Manage social media budgets and paid campaigns in collaboration with marketing and digital agency (if applicable).

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Car and Motorcycle driving license – a must.
  • A minimum of 3 years of field sales/brand management experience- a must. Knowledge of the motorcycle and outdoor market is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing social media channels.
  • Experience in developing markets & dealer channels is a plus.
  • Must be an active motorcycle rider with experience.
  • Ski experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned regions at least 50% of the time. The rest of the time, working remotely or from a home office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Residency – UK, ideally in the area of Birmingham / Milton Keynes / Oxford.
