  • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to social media, content performance, brand awareness;

  • Present regular performance reports and strategic insights to the leadership team;

  • Continuously test, optimize, and improve marketing initiatives to maximize impact.

We need your professional experience:
  • 2–3+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or content strategy;

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram accounts for a company or personal brand;

  • Strong written communication skills in English (fluent/business level);

  • Solid understanding of digital content formats and content-creation workflows;

  • Basic proficiency in Canva, Figma, or similar tools (or ability to manage creative freelancers);

  • Project-ownership mindset — ability to take ideas from concept to execution;

  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or iGaming industries (nice to have);

  • Previous involvement in employer-branding campaigns or hiring marketing (nice to have);

  • PR or community-building experience (nice to have);

  • Skills in video content creation: shorts, reels, interviews, etc. (nice to have).
