THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hands-on Brand Manager to take ownership of our product and make it better every month. This isn’t a “big corporate” role – it’s practical, fast, and creative.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the product from idea to delivery each month
Manage suppliers: source, negotiate, and coordinate shipments
Keep COGS under control while improving product quality
Listen to customer feedback and turn it into product improvements
Constantly think of ways to reduce churn and make the box more exciting
Work closely with our team to make sure everything runs smoothly

FIXED SERVICE FEE
€1,200 – €2,200 after taxes

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
❕This role is 100% remote.
Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours — it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy.
(This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.)
