Location: Hybrid (expectation to work from the office for team meetings and collaboration purposes when required)

The Job:   

As the Brand Manager for BLACK+DECKER, you will be responsible for contributing to the growth of the brand and the products it sells, across a range of portfolios spanning the entire EMEA-ANZ region. This position leads the planning and delivery of marketing and end-user communications for our exciting and innovative product roadmap; including regional messaging, go-to-market mapping, creative adaptation (in some cases) and overarching campaign management.

In this role, you will ensure full integration and alignment of marketing plans to maximise the effectiveness of brand positioning, content and creative execution across product categories, adapting to regional nuances where necessary. You will be leading the EMEA-ANZ marketing efforts and working closely with the Product Commercialisation and Local Marketing teams to ensure integration across local and retail channel executions.

  • Fluency in written and verbal English language communication

  • Skilled at working and leading in a multi-cultural, multi-matrix environment
