About bunny.net

Some people accept the internet as it is. We see what it could be.

At bunny.net, we don’t wait for change. We make it happen. You won’t find layers of red tape or play-it-safe thinking here. You’ll find people who move quickly, take ownership, and push ideas all the way to the edge. Literally.

You’ll build things that solve actual problems, not add to them.

We’re not perfect, and we don’t pretend to be. But we’re always improving. We’re looking for people who want to do the same, who take pride in their work, and aren’t afraid to challenge what’s possible.

Because everyone deserves a better internet. And we’re here to help it hop faster.

Brand Lead

A bunny probably isn't the most obvious mascot for an infrastructure company. But over the years, it's become a big part of who we are.

Now we're looking for someone to shape what it becomes next.

As Brand Lead, you'll own the creative direction of bunny.net and help evolve the brand into a richer, more cohesive system across our products, website, launches, campaigns, content, and everything else customers see.

We're investing in more motion, illustration, storytelling, and product identity throughout the brand.

We need someone who can turn that vision into something memorable, creating a distinctive personality that customers connect with in ways that feel thoughtful rather than literal.

You'll set the quality bar across the company, shape how thousands of developers worldwide experience bunny.net, and help ensure our brand is every bit as ambitious as our mission to help the internet hop faster.

What will you do?

  • Own and evolve the bunny.net brand system and visual identity

  • Lead the creative direction of bunny.net across every customer touchpoint

  • Help define how our products come to life through motion, illustration, storytelling, and visual identity

  • Own the creative direction of bunny.net's website and help shape its next chapter

  • Partner with Product Marketing to bring launches, campaigns, and content to life

  • Turn complex technical concepts into visuals and stories that developers understand

  • Set the creative standard for bunny.net through feedback, reviews, and creative direction

  • Build scalable design systems and processes that help the team move faster

  • Manage and mentor our Design Specialist while coordinating freelancers and agencies

  • Contribute to positioning, messaging, and creative strategy discussions early in the process rather than simply executing briefs

  • Continuously raise the standard of how bunny.net looks, feels, and communicates

What will you bring?

  • Experience building and evolving brands, ideally for developer audiences

  • The ability to evaluate and improve creative work, with a strong understanding of design principles

  • Strong understanding of how to make complex products feel approachable, trustworthy, and exciting for technical audiences

  • Experience working as a designer or in a highly visual creative role, with the ability to sketch, prototype, and develop ideas before handing them off

  • The ability to build design systems, not just maintain individual assets

  • A hands-on approach, meaning you're happy doing the work, not just directing it

  • Confidence working across product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams

  • The ability to explain and defend creative decisions thoughtfully

  • A portfolio that shows you've built or transformed a brand, not just maintained one

  • The ability to express product ideas through design and storytelling, not just illustrations of what the product does

What will make us extra happy?

  • Experience building brands for developers, technical audiences, or infrastructure products

  • Experience in product-led or community-driven companies

  • A strong understanding of motion and how it can bring products and brands to life

  • Curiosity about AI-assisted creative workflows and new ways of working

  • Experience helping a fast-growing company evolve its brand during a period of rapid growth

Where should you be located?

Europe, ideally within CET ±3 hours so collaboration with the team feels natural rather than scheduled.
