With 14 wholly owned offices across the US, Europe, and APAC, you can develop a truly global career in a rapidly scaling organisation.

At Gravity Global, we believe our people are our greatest strength. We’re a collective of creative thinkers, strategic storytellers, and data-driven innovators united by one mission – to deliver exceptional work that makes an impact. We’re growing fast – across continents and disciplines – and we’re looking for passionate individuals who want to make a difference: for our clients, our teams, and the world around us

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Listening & Insights Manager to join our Intel team and play a key role in shaping brand and marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, including well-known brands across B2B and B2C industries.

As part of a small but highly influential research and insights team, you will take ownership of ongoing social listening programs, lead ad hoc research assignments, and support broader strategic and new business initiatives. Working closely with our Strategy, Account, and Creative teams, you will turn social conversations and other research findings into meaningful insights that inform brand strategy, uncover opportunities, and help our clients make better decisions.

Your work will also contribute to Gravity Global's proprietary F.A.B. framework, using social listening intelligence to support our understanding of brand performance and inform strategic recommendations.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on insights professional who enjoys combining analytical thinking with storytelling, thrives on variety and independence, and wants to see their research make a tangible impact across a wide range of clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own social listening projects end-to-end, from understanding client objectives and developing research approaches through execution, analysis, reporting, and presentation.
  • Execute social listening research, including developing and refining Boolean queries, extracting and cleaning data, and analyzing conversations, sentiment, themes, and trends.
  • Develop and present insight-driven reports and presentations, translating research findings into clear narratives, strategic implications, and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct complementary secondary research, leveraging syndicated data, desk research, and competitive intelligence to enrich and validate findings.
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders, working independently while collaborating with internal teams and presenting findings to clients.
  • Support broader agency needs, including strategic planning, desk research, primary research initiatives, and new business opportunities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in insights or research roles within an agency or consultancy, with substantial hands-on social listening experience.
  • Strong technical proficiency in social listening, including Boolean query development, data cleaning, sentiment analysis, dashboard management, and platforms such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, or Sprinklr.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to move beyond descriptive reporting to meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, including the ability to interpret nuanced language, develop well-structured client-ready reports, and confidently present findings.
  • Experience working with B2B clients or complex industries, including the ability to understand unfamiliar technical subjects, terminology, and decision-making dynamics.
  • Experience with secondary research and syndicated data, including tools such as GWI, Statista, Mintel, WARC, or similar sources.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities, work proactively, and deliver high-quality work with limited oversight.
  • Proactive problem-solving, able to anticipate needs, identify issues early, and recommend solutions.
