About the team and the role:
This role sits within the UK Brand Team, more specifically focusing on vehicle parts and accessories. Your role will be instrumental in bringing to life our P&A brand strategy for our customers ensuring that communications are relevant, engaging and on-brand.
What you will accomplish:
Working within the ebay Brand team, leading project management of event activations including “on the ground” support for P&A events
Lead collaboration and daily management of the events agencies, help keep timings on track
Support with organising meetings, actions and notes to keep the wider P&A squad and agencies up to date
Lead on the fulfillment of event owners digital rights, collaborating with eBay channel owners
Liaise with day to day trading team when required
Squad administration - notes, actions, agendas, following up, presentation formatting and plan updates, agency management
Lead the coordination of promotional trading events, working with channel owners to pull together the plans and present back to the wider squad
Support on the production management of media partnerships, collaborating with eBay stakeholders, media owners and creative agencies
