About the role 

We're looking for a Brand Marketing Executive who craves variety and thrives in a world where no two days are the same. We're in an exciting phase of transformation, and within the Brand team, you'll be right at the heart of it all. If you’ve got a few years under your belt and are looking to really develop your marketing skills, this role will give you exposure across the full spectrum of brand marketing.

What you'll do

  • Help evolve our brand: Work directly with the Head of Brand and top UK Brand Strategy agencies on transformative initiatives to our look, feel and positioning. 
  • Own the marketing calendar: You'll work with the full marketing team to keep our campaigns in perfect rhythm.  
  • Advertising campaigns: Work with our marketing managers and agency partners to bring creative campaigns to life across multiple channels, from OOH to digital to audio.  
  • Get involved with PR: Collaborate on attention-grabbing stunts, campaigns, and releases with our PR & Comms Manager and PR agency. 
  • Partnership Initiatives: Work alongside our brand partnership manager on sponsorship campaigns, including our prestigious England Cricket partnership.  

About you 

This is the perfect role for someone who wants to build a broad marketing portfolio while making a real impact. Every project you touch will matter. We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Has 3+ years' experience  (this role would also be perfect for someone who has just completed an internship / graduate scheme)
  • Is hungry to learn and grow  
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment is essential 
  • Brings energy and initiative to everything they do 
  • Has a naturally curious mind and isn't shy about asking "why?" or "what if?" 
  • Can switch between creative thinking and strategic planning 
  • Communicates brilliantly (and loves doing it) 
  • Organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects at once.
