Flatiron Health is a healthtech company using data for good to power smarter care for every person with cancer, around the world. Flatiron partners with cancer centers in the US, Europe and Asia to transform patients' real-life experiences into real-world evidence and create a more modern, connected oncology ecosystem. Our multidisciplinary teams include oncologists, data scientists, software engineers, epidemiologists, product experts and more. Flatiron Health is an independent affiliate of the Roche Group.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll work with our Brand Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to bring our messaging to life. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with oncologists, nurses, researchers, marketers, data scientists, engineers, and product designers in a collaborative environment while supporting projects across a wide array of creative mediums. Positioned on a team of Brand Designers, you'll execute a wide variety of design projects like:
  • Assist in formatting and designing pitch decks and client deliverables, including presentations and reports, adhering to established design standards
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to create digital and print assets, including social media graphics, ads, digital templates, 1-pagers and white papers
  • Use Figma to create and maintain design assets, contributing to our design systems and template asset library for self-service use
  • Maintain the brand's consistency across all projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
  • Design support for industry events, including signage, booth graphics, swag, and various promotional materials
  • Provide support for international HubSpot email campaigns and web page updates, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand standards across all customer-facing digital touchpoints

Who You Are
You're a graphic designer with three or more years of experience. You're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. • You have a strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and contemporary design tools and practices
  • You have excellent command of typography and content hierarchy
  • You have a portfolio that demonstrates a proven ability to implement technical design skills including ideation, sketching, color theory, design systems, layout and spatial design in scale
  • You have demonstrated ability to work autonomously, able to break down complex problems into smaller tasks and proactively define a project's next steps to meet deadlines
  • You are highly detail oriented and organized, this position works against immovable production and print deadlines

Optional
  • You have experience with data visualization
