Brand Designer
We’re looking for a Brand Designer to join Treatwell’s creative team and play a key role in both conceptualising and executing our brand’s visual identity. This is a hands-on role, requiring strong creative skills, an innovative mindset, and the ability to personally design, animate, and produce assets across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our visuals stand out in a competitive market while maintaining brand consistency.

  • You will be responsible for:
    Develop high-impact visual concepts and execute key design elements to elevate Treatwell’s brand
  • Bring out-of-the-box thinking to digital, social, and marketing assets
  • Lead the creation of engaging animations and motion graphics
  • Maintain and improve design systems to ensure efficiency and consistency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative work with business goals
  • Stay ahead of design trends and AI-powered tools to keep our visuals fresh and relevant
  • Oversee the adaptation of assets across multiple formats and platforms

About you: 

  • Experience leading design projects and nurturing junior team members, helping them grow within a fast-paced, digital-first environment
  • Expertise in Figma, with a strong understanding of design systems and collaboration workflows
  • A digital and social-first mindset, with a deep understanding of visual storytelling for online platforms
  • Great knowledge of AI-powered design tools and how they can enhance workflows.
  • Expertise in animation and motion graphics (this is a must!)
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
  • Highly organized and systems-minded, with a structured approach to design processes
  • A passion for design innovation, balancing creativity and functionality
  • Experience in print design is a bonus but not necessary
  • A strong communicator, approachable, and adaptable
  • Positive and determined, with a problem-solving mindset
  • A collaborative thinker who thrives on creative teamwork
  • Culturally aware, with a strategic approach to design
