The Role 

As a Brand Content Specialist, you will create and adapt brand-aligned content that supports strategic brand goals and strengthens our messaging across all chanels. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Brand, Digital Marketing, Design, and Internal Communications to deliver compelling copy and content that inform, inspire, and engage. From web and social media to internal campaigns and stakeholder toolkits, you’ll help ensure that every word and asset reflects our values, voice, and visual identity. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Create engaging, brand-consistent content for web, social media, email, video, and internal tools 

  • Repackage and adapt existing content for new audiences, formats, and campaign goals 

  • Write clear, persuasive copy for campaign assets, landing pages, taglines, and promotional materials 

  • Develop video briefs and storyboards that guide creative execution and storytelling 

  • Produce internal communication toolkits that support campaign rollouts and message consistency 

  • Copyedit testimonials, success stories, and team-written content to align with brand standards 

  • Manage incoming content requests via Jira, ensuring timely responses and stakeholder coordination 

About You 

  • Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital communications 

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone and clarity 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple priorities 

  • Familiar with brand guidelines and confident in applying them across formats 

  • Able to manage content workflows, prioritise requests, and deliver high-quality outputs independently 

  • Experience creating content for digital platforms, including social and web 

  • Understanding of basic video and campaign planning principles 

  • Collaborative, solution-oriented, and positive in your approach to feedback and teamwork 

  • knowledge on academic publishing and/or audiences is a plus.
