Job Title: Brand Communications Executive  
Location:  Chandlers Ford / Hybrid (2 days a week in our main head office)
Salary: £26,208 - £31,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

As a Brand Communications Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering clear, impactful communications across all Luxion brands. You’ll create content for both B2C and B2B audiences, ensuring complex industry information is translated into simple, customer-friendly messaging.

Day to day you will:

  • Create multi-channel communications (email, app, web) under tight deadlines

  • Balance stakeholder requirements while prioritising customer experience

  • Adapt tone and strategy for diverse audiences and brands

  • Produce engaging, SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and brand messaging

  • Reacting quickly to last-minute changes and short turnaround projects

Who are we looking for? 
You’ll need exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills, with the ability to work reactively and resolve challenges within complex communications projects while meeting tight deadlines.

You will be responsible for creating comprehensive communications plans for all our service communications, carefully planning each stage of the customer journey to ensure clarity, consistency, and a seamless experience.

We’re looking for someone with broad copywriting experience, able to craft compelling content for different audiences and channels—whether it’s web pages, direct emails, or long-form articles. Experience with SEO content is a bonus but not essential.

You will be able to pivot quickly between different brand voices and audience needs and have a solid understanding of multi-channel communications and digital content best practices.
