We’re looking for a brand and content marketing manager to help us strengthen our position as the leading business finance provider for small businesses in the UK.
This role will be central to how we build awareness and demand at the top of the funnel. You’ll lead the creation of multimedia campaigns and compelling customer stories that increase brand awareness, build authority and ultimately help to fuel acquisition across the business.
Launching and managing top-of-funnel campaigns
Lead the creation and delivery of multimedia campaigns that create demand at the top of the funnel and improve performance downstream. You’ll collaborate with content creators but also contribute directly to the creative and editorial process.
Bringing our customer stories to life
Build and grow a customer testimonial program that highlights real success stories, turning our customers into authentic advocates for the brand.
Collaborating with channel owners
Work closely with our performance marketing team to provide them with the assets they need to successfully launch top-of-funnel campaigns on their channels.
Experimenting with formats and channels
Test different types of content and distribution tactics to discover what creates engagement. Share findings with the wider company to impact wider strategy.
Requirements
Essential:
Comfortable working at pace, prioritising effectively, and getting high-quality work out the door.
A love of words and a passion for creating engaging content, from short-form to long-form.
Experience building and executing top-of-funnel marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and authority.
Ability to understand our audience, identify trends, and use insights to help us inform long-term content strategy and decision-making
Confidence in reaching out to business owners and strong persuasive skills to encourage participation in our customer testimonial program
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders
Preferred:
Experience creating content targeted at small businesses
Basic experience with video, audio, or graphic design tools such as figma
Strong understanding of brand positioning and maintaining brand consistency across channels
We expect to pay from £45,000 - £70,000 for this role. But, we’re open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.
