Your new role

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Brand and Content Marketing Executive to lead the way we communicate with our audience. In this role, you’ll shape how our brand shows up across every touchpoint — from the website and product messaging to thought leadership and marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure every piece of content is engaging, consistent, and aligned with business goals. This is a key role with the opportunity to drive meaningful impact and build lasting trust with both prospects and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and continuously refine our content and brand strategy to align with company goals and audience needs

  • Own and evolve our tone of voice and messaging framework

  • Create compelling content across formats: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, one-pagers, scripts, and social content

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that supports acquisition, onboarding, retention, and advocacy

  • Manage a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and key business milestones

  • Partner with designers and agencies to bring content and brand stories to life visually

  • Monitor content performance using data and insights to optimise impact

  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging cohesion across all channels

What You’ll Love About This Role

Think Big: You’ll drive our content creation and play a central role in shaping a standout B2B brand that resonates with audiences across channels.

Own It: Take full ownership of the content strategy, from ideation to execution and feel empowered to test, learn, and iterate.

Keep it Simple: Craft clear, concise, and persuasive messaging that breaks through the noise and speaks directly to customer needs.

Better Together: Work cross-functionally with teams who are just as passionate about delivering value and creating a unified customer experience.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Fully embedded yourself into the team and developed a deep understanding of our brand, voice, and customers

  • Delivered a stream of high-quality content aligned with business goals

  • Rolled out updates to our tone of voice and messaging framework

  • Supported key campaigns with impactful content that drives engagement

  • Built strong relationships with collaborators across departments and creative partners

  • Implemented processes to track content performance and guide future strategy

What You’ll Need

The ideal candidate will bring creativity, initiative, and a strategic mindset to the table. You’ll likely have:

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or brand communications

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong eye for narrative and storytelling

  • Experience shaping brand tone and messaging frameworks from the ground up

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities

  • A collaborative and curious approach, always seeking to understand the audience

  • Familiarity with SEO and content distribution strategies

  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value through content
