Locations:

12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Full-time position: 37.5hours  

Salary: Starting £50,700 with Fixed Term Benefit Allowance

Job Summary/About This Role
Are you ready to join an exciting, fast-paced, and dynamic team? Join us at a time when the role of brand as a key enabler of growth is at the forefront of our business. We’re seeking a motivated Brand and Content Manager for a 12-month contract or secondment role. Working alongside the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering  buzz-worthy social-first brand content campaigns, defining and implementing our influencer strategy, and supporting wider critical brand initiatives. These responsibilities require collaboration across teams and departments, along with our Group function and markets.

As a mentor for the Senior Brand Executive, you'll assist in upskilling and development in brand campaign management and wider brand responsibilities. You’ll be at the forefront of running the campaign process, overseeing approvals, managing stakeholder relationships, and day-to-day agency interactions with creative and media agencies. Your role will be instrumental in amplifying campaign activities across our business units and galvanising the business around our brand.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Assist the Senior Brand Manager in planning and executing social-first brand content campaigns.
    • Oversee the approval process for timely campaign delivery.
    • Coordinate day-to-day interactions with creative and media agencies to ensure campaign deliverables are met.
    • Amplify campaign activities across business units for consistent brand messaging.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide updates to stakeholders.
    • Conduct QA checks and optimisations to maintain campaign quality.
    • Support content creation for social media platforms.
    • Stay informed about competitor activities and external inspirations to drive brand thinking.
  • Day-to-day brand management:
    • Mentor the Senior Brand Executive for professional development.
    • Implement brand content strategy to meet KPI targets.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
    • Launch and manage influencer strategy, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
    • Conduct brand tracking, market research, and competitor analysis.
    • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective resource use.
