Job Description
We are currently seeking a PR & Communications Graduate Trainee to join our Northern Europe team based in London reporting into the Senior PR & Communications Manager NE. This is a one-year work placement which will start June 2025.
Key responsibilities
- Support with sample trafficking relating to NE press and talents requests using Launchmetrics.
- Organizing sample send-outs throughout the NE region.
- Supporting PR & Communications Coordinator with collections archiving.
- Monitoring coverage in the NE region including print, digital and social media.
- Collating and formatting all press clippings.
- Maintaining showroom.
- Liaising daily with the Communications team at HQ as well as local international offices.
- Assist with additional duties when and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility.
- Supporting Manager with daily image, credit and price requests for the NE region.
- Supporting Communications team with events and fittings.
- Assist with organizing office orders, stationary, packaging, printer equipment, flowers and gifting.
