The Boeing Global Services is looking for a highly skilled and Senior aircraft Maintenance & Modification Project Management Specialist to join a dynamic team of modification technicians and production specialists in the performance of commercial modifications and upgrades at the Boeing Commercial Modification Center in Victorville, CA. The Senior aircraft Maintenance & Modification Project Management Specialist will be primarily focused on the utilization of their project management skills and principles to develop plans, lead and direct projects including feasibility, constraints, processes, schedule, cost and risks.

The Senior aircraft Maintenance & Modification Project Management Specialist will be primarily focused on the utilization of their project management skills and principles to develop plans, lead and direct projects including feasibility, constraints, processes, schedule, cost and risks.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supports the development of or modification and maintenance plans and schedules leveraging released technical data.
- Coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveries.
- Identifies long lead parts and activities, special tooling and technology changes.
- Analyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processes.
- Supports business unit level operating plans.
- Provides analysis of constraints and develops mitigation plans.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- 10+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, modification, MRO, or related production control environments, with demonstrable experience in planning and maintenance
- 5+ years of experience utilizing project management tools and methods such as MS Projects, Milestones, Open Project Professional, etc.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice
- Willing to travel 20% of the time or more as needed
- Experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and the ability to learn in house systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Commercial Aircraft Modification and Maintenance
- Experience building and maintaining projects in Microsoft Project Server
