What you will do 

Join our team as a Senior BMS Engineer, where you'll design and implement cutting-edge Building Management Systems (BMS) using JCI Metasys, EasyIO, and the Niagara Framework. You’ll create detailed system architecture and wiring diagrams while ensuring seamless integration with HVAC, lighting, and security systems.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the commissioning of BMS projects, managing them from start to finish to meet building codes and specifications. Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll ensure timely, cost-effective delivery while providing ongoing technical support and training throughout the project lifecycle.

How you will do it 

  • Collaborate with clients, M&E contractors, and project teams to clarify requirements and scope.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, manage installations, and provide progress updates.

  • Lead testing, commissioning, and final inspections, ensuring BMS functionality and performance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring seamless project handovers.

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

What we look for 

Required 

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with BMS programming, installation, commissioning, and servicing

  • Proficiency with JCI Metasys, EasyIO, and the Niagara Framework

  • Strong technical aptitude with BMS systems and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, TCP/IP)

  • Experience managing BMS projects from start to finish

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred

  • UK driving license

  • Certifications in third-party systems

  • AutoCAD proficiency and experience in BIM modeling

  • Knowledge of IOT & MQTT technology
