The Team

Our Consumer Goods, Retail and Logistics practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable local brands solve their biggest challenges in today’s age of constant disruption. With diverse services spanning growth strategy and new product innovation, to omni-channel customer experience, supply chain resiliency and AI-driven new business models, we help clients shape and achieve their growth agenda for a sustainable future.

  • You would support the Supply Chain Execution workstreams (Transport and Warehousing) in client-focused and dynamic international projects, with strong autonomy and guidance
  • Act as a functional and solution expert to proactively advise clients and deliver outstanding results in your areas of expertise
  • Develop functional solutions for BlueYonder Execution capabilities implementations such as BlueYonder Transportation Management, Warehouse management (Resource Orchestration), Labour Management
  • Provide support to deliver large-scale, high-value projects by leveraging an established delivery methodology on the BlueYonder cloud platform
  • Planning, conception, and implementation of complex SCM transformation projects over the entire project life cycle
  • Perform fit-gap analysis with an ability to analyze operational data and identify opportunities to develop insights
  • Contribute to business development, from the request for information to the proposal submission and presentation
  • Participate actively to the development of the practice, including service offerings development support, training, and knowledge management
Requirements
  • Successfully completed University degree in Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration
  • Experience in Supply Chain Planning and Execution consulting among the following areas: Transportation Planning, Optimisation and Execution, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Visibility, SC Control Tower
  • Ideally a functional expert on the BlueYonder platform for the areas listed above
  • Minimum 3 Full lifecycles project delivery experience in supply chain blueprint, detailed design, solution building and testing, user training, support, and rollout (BlueYonder experience preferred)
  • Practical application of business requirements facilitation, solution analysis and presentation with process owners and business application experts
  • Industry knowledge focus in Retail and Consumer Goods
  • Very strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and strong team orientation to solve complex customer inquiries
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to move confidently in everyday project work and at all management levels
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Preferably based in the UK or Ireland
  • Culturally astute and willingness to travel
