We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder Dispatcher (TMS) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of Dispatcher (TMS) and hands-on experience in transportation planning, routing, and logistics optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance transportation management processes in a large-scale environment.
RequirementsResponsibilities
- Configure, support, and enhance Blue Yonder Dispatcher (TMS) modules.
- Manage and optimize transport planning, routing, load building, and dispatch workflows.
- Work with the Dispatcher Console to support operational efficiency.
- Build, enhance, and maintain APIs / integrations (REST, SOAP, EDI) between TMS and downstream systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to routing engines, optimization failures, and batch jobs.
- Work with PL/SQL and relational databases to validate data, perform analysis, and support TMS configurations.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to understand business needs and propose scalable TMS solutions.
- Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, testing, and deployment activities.
- Experience working with Blue Yonder Dispatcher (TMS).
- Strong understanding of transport planning, routing, load building, and dispatch execution.
- Hands-on experience with Dispatcher Console and transportation optimization workflows.
- Good knowledge of PL/SQL and ability to work with TMS data structures.
- Experience building and supporting APIs / integrations (REST, SOAP, EDI).
- Strong experience with OracleDB or equivalent relational databases.
- Ability to troubleshoot routing issues, optimization errors, and batch job failures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience integrating TMS with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).
- Understanding of WMS–TMS integration flows.
- Knowledge of GPS/telematics, mileage engines, or fleet systems.
- Exposure to on-premise infrastructure, Terraform, or DevOps practices.
- Experience working in logistics, transportation operations, 3PL, or fleet management domains.
