  • Refine and drive adoption of data visualization best practices throughout the firm
  • Develop and enrich relationships with data leads across Blackstone
  • Facilitate Proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, draft business designs (requirements), and establish project-specific resourcing plans.
  • Draft, manage and constantly improve all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to data visualization, including Tableau server access control, site administration, content curation, etc.
  • Participate in bi-weekly sprint planning meetings and daily standups
  • Optimize/troubleshoot data products for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Conduct project reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of data visualization/analytics experience preferred on platforms such as Tableau, Sigma, PowerBI, Looker, etc.
