This role is perfect for someone eager to launch their career in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and gain valuable experience working within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)-regulated environment.
Key responsibilities:Operate and control a variety of pharmaceutical equipment and processes.
Supporting customer and regulatory audits as and when requested.
Manufacture drug substances according to GMP standards.
Participate in key safety training sessions.
Apply and complete GMP documentation - right first time.
Following procedures for sampling and testing.
Actively communicate and collaborate with various functional areas to champion strong working relationships.
Engage in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and resolution to ensure perfect operations.
Ensure the safety management system is updated accordingly with events.
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably within a GMP environment, is highly desirable..
An exciting in understand the use of eg. Bioreactors, chromatography columns or general pharmaceutical equipment.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve root causes and implement effective solutions.
Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
Ambitious approach with a dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
