Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics (formerly Marken, MNX & Polar Speed), the clinical and advanced therapy subsidiary of UPS Healthcare, unites expertise across healthcare and complex secure logistics to drive the success of our clients through innovation.

Job Purpose:

To proactively perform billing (External & Internal) in an accurate and timely manner.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively perform assigned clients (External & Internal) timely billing with accuracy and completed in accordance with the customer’s and company’s guidelines and expectations. 
  • Manual billing
  • Manual AutoBiller
  • Autobilling
  • Entering estimates of expected charges from agents
  • Ensure that all expected charges are captured prior to billing validation
  • Follow up Rate requests with the RFP (Pricing) Team
  • Revise billing claims on invoices, perform appropriate follow up on any issues or mistakes
  • Liaising with all Marken departments when necessary
  • Printing Invoices.
  • Run Reports for billing control prior to invoicing
  • Run Duties and Taxes report and rebill clients (External & Internal) accordingly
  • Provide monthly billing summaries to clients as required
  • Perform other duties as requested by the management

Qualifications/Skills

  • Accounting / Finance or Billing Experience 2+ years.
  • Comfortable meeting tight deadlines. Keen eye for detail and are experienced with complex billing.
  • Demonstrates good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within the team as well as generally in the business.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
