About the Position:

We are seeking a high-volume Bilingual Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role plays a critical role in our national recruitment initiatives, focusing on proactively sourcing and recruiting top talent to fill positions across the country. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting and sourcing candidates to conducting pre-screening interviews and facilitating a seamless hiring process for managers.

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid, 3 days WFH)

Salary: starting from $50,000 per year

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and implement high-impact recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent for open positions nationwide.
  • Proactively source and pre-screen a high volume of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and schedule follow-up interviews with hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job requirements, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Leverage social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) strategically to source and attract qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to manage the recruitment workflow efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and implement innovative strategies to enhance the talent acquisition process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably with a national scope.
  • Fluency in English & French is mandatory.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement solutions to recruitment challenges.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for learning and staying current with industry trends.
