The Position:
This position is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting clients, answering calls, and performing administrative tasks such as mail distribution and document scanning.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors professionally and ensure a welcoming reception area.
- Answer and route incoming calls from clients and other parties.
- Organize and distribute office mail; scan and file documents accurately.
- Prepare basic correspondence and assist with administrative tasks.
- Deliver superior client service both in person and over the phone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to client service.
- 2+ years of experience in a law firm, preferably in personal injury.
Total Compensation Package:
- Hourly to competitively match the entry-level to mid-level experience needed for the position
