We are looking for a Bids and Projects Manager

The candidate shall operate inside OEN Operations team, and transnationally interface BLOEN.

Therefore she/he shall have peculiar communication skill, pro-active attitude in facing and solving problems and be inclined to team working.

The candidate with at least 2 years of experience on engineering, project management, with attention to financial aspects as well will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects the project management lifecycles and methodologies activities.

The candidate will work on a wide range of complex multiprograms environment.

Proven ability to develop and implement detailed project plans to monitor and track project processes.

Proficient in ensuring on-time deliverables by ensuring effective contribution to coordination of resources and workforce.

Skilled in provide day- to-day leadership and management attitude and guidance to ensure the proper operational activities, controls, training, to support the execution of the business strategy.

Key duties 
•    To manage the Process Control actions of the BL, in particular those actions decided within the Monthly Programs Reviews. 
•    To ensure the effective implementation of the BL Operating Model through the BL organization aiming to overall operational efficiency and simplification
•    Provide support and visibility vs Company improvement initiatives and compliance vs QMS and Company rules/processes;
•    To ensure support to manage the resources of the forecast programs in accordance with the approved commercial scenario. 
•    To grant contribution to manage and monitors the competitiveness improvement process actions and results achievement 
•    Ensure support and contribution to harmonization and standardization of the executive reporting among all the BLOEN Domains;
•    Partecipation to major Programs MRP’s and Bid’s Gate, providing contribution for BLOEN point of attention with identification/anticipation of critical issues and way forward actions proposal via interfacing entities and stakeholders  in charge
•    Ensure support to bids and projects when defining the PBS, WBS, OBS, Master Schedule and RAM including consolidation of  corresponding workload. 
•    Contributes to monthly analysis of BLOEN Domains performance highlighting risks, criticalities and contributing to define corrective actions and relevant plans; 
•    Ensure support to the exploiting and improvement of products in observation, navigation and exploration domains
•    Grant contribution for the managing and exploiting of national filiere, PNRR related topics including Space Smart Factory / Joint Lab. 
•    Contributes to OEN documentation preparation (OEN staff, SBP, MYB… with notes/presentations/reporting memos)
•    Managing Risks & Opportunities: capability of elaboration and maintainance of  the Risks & Opportunities Register, track risk mitigation and opportunities shaping plans. 
•    Producing KPIs: prepare reporting and ensure action plan follow-up.

•    Feasibility and economic impacts 
•    Risk and Opportunities Analysis and control plans 
•    Establish work plan for each phase of lifecycle
•    objectives 
•    Transition & Change Management 
•    Continuous Improvement 
•    New Product Development 
•    Good knowledge of Financial parameters 
•    English fluent mother tongue is an asset
•    Experience in engineering and financial preferred with experience in digital transformations aspects
