About the Role:

We’re looking for a performance-driven Biddable Account Manager to join our team. This is your opportunity to work on a high-profile automotive brand, crafting and executing biddable media strategies that drive real results across digital platforms.

What You’ll Do:
Campaign Execution & Optimisation

Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns (Search, Social, Display) with a focus on performance and efficiency.

Continuously analyse data and deliver actionable insights to improve results and exceed KPIs.

Client Collaboration

Serve as a key day-to-day contact for the team, ensuring transparency, trust, and clear communication.

Translate client objectives into smart, strategic campaign plans that align with broader business goals.

Performance & Reporting

Own weekly and monthly reporting, using data to tell a clear story of campaign performance and opportunities for growth.

Present results and insights in a compelling way to both internal stakeholders and the client.

Innovation & Testing

Champion testing strategies across platforms (creative, audience, bidding) to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.

Stay up to date with platform updates, beta opportunities, and industry shifts relevant to the automotive sector.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive, effective campaign execution.

Collaborate with platform reps and tech partners to maximise account performance and unlock innovation.

Budget Management

Manage budgets across multiple platforms and campaigns with precision and accuracy.

Ensure all financial processes and documentation are accurate and up to date.

Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
