The Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and creative Bid Co-ordinator to join our Work Winning team. Working alongside the Senior Bid Co-ordinator, you will support the end-to-end bid process across public and private sector opportunities, helping to secure nationally significant projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review contract notices and bid portals daily, distributing opportunities to senior leaders
  • Co-ordinate the go / no-go process for new opportunities
  • Manage bid programmes, deadlines, clarifications and document control
  • Support development of win themes, key messages, differentiators
  • Co-ordinate inputs from technical teams, business support functions and sub-consultants
  • Assist with commercial content to ensure scope, services and project stages are captured accurately
  • Contribute to written responses and presentation of submissions, including InDesign formatting
  • Help maintain the bids platform including case studies, CVs and lessons learned
  • Arrange post-bid feedback and reviews

Requirements

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Confident team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable

  • Knowledge of bid management processes
  • APMP Foundation or similar awareness
  • Experience in architecture, construction, consultancy or the built environment.
