Measuring the success of marketing is a challenge. Increasingly difficult as data & gambling regulations change at pace, and especially difficult in our industry where the sports calendar and customer value are extremely varied.
Superbet Group innovatively spends a multi-million Euro marketing budget in several European markets – Romania, Poland, Belgium & Serbia - while actively seeking opportunities to expand into more countries. The key responsibility of this role is to measure the impact of marketing, through data analysis and reporting.


We're looking for someone who has experience in the following areas:

  • Ads measurement experience
  • Experimentation
  • Causality
  • Flows of attribution
  • Marketing/ Media measurement
  • Has experience analyzing large datasets, using SQL
  • Has experience with online marketing analysis and technologies
  • Has experience building and using reports


Bonus points if you:

  • Have prior experience using Tableau
  • Have experience in online sports betting or gambling
  • Have deep understanding of digital marketing tools – Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, Appsflyer etc.


What you'll be doing?

  • Analyzing large datasets to understand the impact of marketing activity on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Presenting this analysis to P&L managers and Marketers
  • Creating reports and dashboards in Tableau that measure the success of marketing
  • Working closely with marketers, data engineers and marketing tech teams to improve our capability to measure the impact marketing
