Description

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spending by up to 70%.

We are looking for individuals who want to accelerate their careers in sales and make an immediate impact on our European Sales Team. The BDR Manager will play a key role leading a team and partnering with Sales to generate new business and support our rapid growth in the European market.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve individual and team targets.
  • Research accounts within our defined target market and identify key players (coach, champion, economic buyer) to generate interest through outbound campaigns. 
  • Must be fluent in a structured, multi-threaded approach to pipeline generation across various channels.
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls with Account Executives in target and prospect accounts.
  • Follow-up on inbound marketing leads from trade shows, trial sign-ups, webinars, etc.
  • Help build and shape new processes and GTM strategy, reinforcing best practices in a growing team 

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success and exceeding quotas as both a BDR and leader within SaaS start ups.
  • Experience in managing and coaching BDR teams.
  • Prior experience in generating new leads, conducting cold calling, and customizing emails to a specific persona/ICP.
  • Experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo and Outreach.
  • Must be an experienced user of Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience working in a high energy and time-sensitive environment.
  • Bonus Points: Experience selling to DevOps/Site Reliability engineers.
