Job Description
- Install and config the Windows Server Systems;
- Guarantee the availability and good function of all systems and services;
- Troubleshoot and solve the level 2 and 3 incidents;
- Propose and implement corrections to avoid future incidents;
- Actively participate on the Capacity Planning;
- Follow and implement the best security practices;
- Ensure the right level of service quality in line with the requirements of Service Contracts (SLAs) in your area of responsibility;
- Implement and maintain the rules of good management and usability of systems and/or products; - Actively participate in the Industrialization and Automation process.
Qualifications
- Know-how on Windows Server (2012 R2/2016/2019/2022);
- Expertise on CI/CD (Bitbucket/Jenkins/etc) for process automation and industrialization;
- Expertise on development in PowerShell and C#;
- Solid knowledge on MECM (SCCM);
- Good communication skills;
- Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Fast learner, easy to adapt, team worker;
- Availability to on calls;
- English;
- French is a plus.
