Job Description

  • Install and config the Windows Server Systems;
  • Guarantee the availability and good function of all systems and services;
  • Troubleshoot and solve the level 2 and 3 incidents;
  • Propose and implement corrections to avoid future incidents;
  • Actively participate on the Capacity Planning;
  • Follow and implement the best security practices;
  • Ensure the right level of service quality in line with the requirements of Service Contracts (SLAs) in your area of responsibility;
  • Implement and maintain the rules of good management and usability of systems and/or products; - Actively participate in the Industrialization and Automation process.

Qualifications

  • Know-how on Windows Server (2012 R2/2016/2019/2022);
  • Expertise on CI/CD (Bitbucket/Jenkins/etc) for process automation and industrialization;
  • Expertise on development in PowerShell and C#;
  • Solid knowledge on MECM (SCCM);
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Fast learner, easy to adapt, team worker;
  • Availability to on calls;
  • English;
  • French is a plus.
