We’re hiring a Backend Engineer who loves building automation, scaling systems, and solving real-world problems with clean, resilient software.

As a Backend Engineer, you’ll architect the foundations of The Flex: the systems, APIs, and automation layers that coordinate global inventory, sync bookings in real time, and enable properties to operate autonomously.

Your work will blend digital automation with real-world logistics — enabling thousands of stays to run smoothly without manual intervention.

Build the Core — Design and scale robust APIs and backend services that manage bookings, payments, availability, and property intelligence.

Automate the Workflows — Develop serverless functions and microservices that eliminate repetitive tasks and streamline operations across cities and continents.

Connect the Ecosystem — Implement integrations between Base360.ai and major platforms such as Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, and Hostaway.

Engineer for Scale — Architect event-driven systems and data pipelines capable of handling millions of events and transactions reliably.

Power Intelligence — Work with AI and data teams to embed smart automation and predictive logic into operational flows.

Collaborate Closely — Partner with product, front-end, and operations teams to translate messy real-world challenges into simple, scalable backend solutions.

• Expertise with Node.js, Python/FastAPI, and AWS serverless.

• Strong experience building and scaling API-first products.

• A deep understanding of databases, synchronization logic, and distributed systems.

• A passion for automation, intelligent operations, and emerging PropTech.

• A systems-level mindset — you think in terms of resilience, reliability, and flow.
