Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Development Expert / Growth Manager to lead client acquisition efforts for a service-based software house. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying prospects, preparing customized proposals and pitch decks, and successfully closing deals with the support of technical managers when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition Identify, approach, and onboard prospective clients, focusing on custom software development services.
- Proposal Development Collaborate with tech managers to prepare tailored proposals, ensuring they meet client-specific requirements.
- Pitch Deck Creation Develop engaging and impactful presentations to effectively communicate the company’s value propositions.
- Deal Closure Lead negotiations with clients and successfully close deals, leveraging support from technical managers as needed.
- Relationship Management Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continuous collaboration and identifying potential upselling opportunities.
- Market Expansion Create and implement strategies to expand into new industries and regions, positioning the company as a leader in custom software development services.
Commission-Based Earnings

Qualifications and Skills
