As a part of Mastercard’s Integrated Marketing and Communication organization, the Global B2B & Product Marketing Team partners with the Product organization and is accountable for end-to-end B2B, B2B2C and Product marketing to support drive the business.

We’re recruiting for an experienced B2B, B2B2C and Product marketer to join the team and help drive revenue and growth for our Consumer Products business. The candidate should be excited to work with exceptional colleagues around the globe to accelerate awareness and product sales and have experience working in multiple areas of the Marketing function, (B2B, B2B2C, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, etc.)
Role overview:
• Translate product strategies into successful marketing strategies and help develop and execute the go-to-market plans, programmes and campaigns in partnership with Global & Regional colleagues.
• Define and articulate consumer-and-customer-led value propositions, positioning and compelling reasons-to-believe that reinforce the tangible benefits and competitive advantages of Mastercard’s offerings.
• Translate value propositions into engaging, robust and well-thought-out narratives, positioning, messaging and sales enablement materials.
• Lead content development, production and execution of B2B and B2B2C materials and campaigns.
• Partner closely with our business teams, as well as build a strong working relationship with colleagues from across the Marketing & Communications community.
• Coordinate with events team and/or lead activations at industry events, customer events and our sponsorship properties.
• Ensure all content and creative execution aligns with Mastercard brand standards and guidelines.
About You:
• Considerable marketing experience working, particularly in B2B, B2B2C and Product marketing
• Passion for working in a customer facing role and matrix organization
• Demonstrated success in translating complex product and/or technical information into clear, concise narratives
• A highly motivated self-starter who can proactively work on their own initiative, take ownership and drive projects forward and deliver tangible, measurable results
• Able to multi-task, has sense of urgency and proven success in fast and self-paced environment
• Strong leadership and standing with experience and good comfort level liaising with senior leaders and execs
• Negotiation, influencing and general analytic skills
• Strategic mindset with ability to make quick decisions in challenging, ambiguous situations
• Solution and detail oriented, results driven and can-do attitude is essential in an exciting and busy marketing environment
• Preferred: Expertise in payment industry, merchant or acquirer, payment facilitator
• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters / MBA a plus

• Hybrid role: office/working from home flexibility: minimum 3 days per week in office
