Please be advised this role is advertised on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

We’re a B2B specialist team within the wider marketing team. We focus on a wide range of partner audiences, including Estate and Lettings Agents, New Homes Developers, Commercial Property Agents, Overseas Agents and more. This role is focused primarily on Estate and Letting Agency and the creation of data-led case studies and partner stories. You’ll be working closely with our partners themselves and our sales teams. The work is varied and offers the opportunity to join our close-knit and hard-working marketing team.

What you'll do

This role will be focused on property professionals, specifically estate and letting agents. Our partners shouldn’t be confused with our buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords who we call consumers.

  • Work collaboratively with our sales, product, and commercial teams to deeply understand our partners’ needs.
  • Build and maintain a library of approved case studies blending data and stories to make our partners’ success come alive across multiple touchpoints and campaigns.
  • Work closely with Data & Analytics teams to identify meaningful metrics and insights to create compelling narratives that resonate with front-line agency staff and decision-maker level.
  • Liaise directly with Estate and Letting Agent partners to gather stories, quotes and approval for use across marketing and sales channels.
  • Work closely with other Marketing Managers to weave case studies and testimonials into product launches, updates and ongoing campaigns, ensuring storytelling reflects the breadth of Rightmove’s membership and products
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to develop sales-ready assets (slides, videos etc) that are usable in their conversations, as well as marketing communications.
  • Manage internal and external dependencies and approvals across Legal, Sales, Data, Design, CRM, PR, Events, Social, Consumer Marketing and Estate & Letting Agents to ensure timely delivery at scale.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to achieve optimal results. You’ll also track performance against both personal and team KPIs.

Who you are

  • Owning multiple workstreams and stakeholders at one time, maintaining momentum in a fast-moving agile environment.
  • Planning a project from end to end without breaking a sweat, easily dividing big goals into small steps, hitting deadlines, and driving commercial results.
  • Insight-driven, curious, and budget-conscious, with an ability to meld all three together.
  • Combining the creative with the analytical - digging into data and research insights to tell compelling stories about products, packages and the property market (and even things that don’t start with the letter p.)
  • Working with, and influencing, people at all levels and across all teams – including Account Management, Product, Tech and our senior leadership team. You’ll be comfortable asking questions to uncover the true objective and deliver the most impactful solution.
  • Demonstrating impact by measuring results and reporting on the key metrics for your campaigns. You’ll know what success looks like before you even start.
  • You’re a communications expert. You use simple language and brief messaging that resonates with our partners and compels them to act. Strong writing skills are a must.
  • Experimenting with AI to make your work more efficient and effective.
  • Developing a strong understanding of our industry, partners, and competitors. Even if you’ve not worked in the property space before, you can’t wait to get stuck in.
