The B2B Channel Marketing Manager role sits within the UK Climate Solutions team focusing on the commercial and residential markets with innovative air conditioning, heating and smart building solutions. You will be part of the UK marketing team, working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and reporting to the Climate Solutions Marketing Lead. You will also work closely with the central Climate Solutions European marketing team based in the Netherlands and develop networks with the other local European marketing teams to share best practice and learnings.

Role and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

As part of the UK marketing team, working closely with the sales team and key partners to:

  • Develop and implement channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales through our partners.

  • Prepare and manage the channel marketing budget.

  • Collaborate with key partners to create co-branded campaigns and promotional materials that highlight our cutting-edge solutions in indoor climate comfort and intelligent digital connectivity.

  • Oversee customer events and hospitality, including planning, coordination, and execution of activities to incentivise and reward our key customers.

  • Work closely with the sales team to support customer promotions and activities.

  • Manage our attendance at key industry events and exhibitions to showcase our products and expertise.

  • Ensure compliance with marketing brand guidelines across all channels.

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel marketing or a similar role.

  • Previous experience of working in the air conditioning or heating industry is beneficial.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful channel marketing campaigns for innovative products or solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in event management, including budgeting, logistics, and vendor coordination, with a focus on showcasing innovative solutions.

  • Knowledge of industry-specific marketing trends and best practices in the climate solutions sector.

  • This role requires some travel to meet with key partners and attend industry events.

What does success look like?

  • You will work closely with our field sales team to build relationships with key customers and work with them to utilise their rebates to develop marketing plans that promote our products and services, including our recently launched loyalty scheme.

  • Together with sales, you will attend various key customer events and support with marketing materials and event stands.

  • You will manage our presence at key industry exhibitions, including managing the stand design and build and the management of the stand team to generate leads and increase our brand presence.

  • Work with our regional sales managers to plan and deliver a set of customer events to reward our top customers.
