What will you be doing?

The purpose of this role is to execute marketing strategies and tactical plans that promotes S&N product superiority. Responsible, in coordination with the regional marketing Managers (RSM), to drive revenue and market share for the division and maintain customer relations with major accounts while driving the customer requirements back into the Company. The Sales Supervisor will be selling unique patented devices and implants in theatre directly to opinion leading surgeons.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the healthcare professional.
  • Conduct product presentations to different customers including physicians, nurses, purchasers, and decision makers.
  • Conduct product training which includes product features and benefits, positioning, competitive advantages, and role play.
  • Assist in the identification and assessment of the field and marketing support needs making recommendation to management when appropriate.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with the business unit staff and regional marketing managers.
  • Act as a communication link between the marketing organisation and the business unit to resolve problems, quality issues, manufacturing defects, and other related issues.
  • Ability to scrub and be present in the theatre and assist or advise the physician in Smith and Nephew product implant, usage, and techniques.

Successful candidates would need the following:

Education: University Degree in Business Administration, Biomedical or Health Care Administration.

Licenses/ Certifications: Sales Rep Certification in line with Medical Device Sales, Advertising and Promotion Regulation in Turkey

Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales or related functions in Medical Device.
