We’re looking for a curious, commercially-minded AV Trading & Investment Account Executive to join our high-performing Investment team. This is the perfect entry point into media—fast-paced, hands-on, and full of opportunity.
You’ll play a key role in getting campaigns live, learning how media is bought and traded, and building the skills to drive real value for our clients from day one.

In this role, you won’t just support campaigns—you’ll help shape them. From managing trading data to working with media owners, you’ll quickly build confidence, commercial awareness, and negotiation skills in a role where no two days are the same.
🚀 What You’ll Be DoingKeep campaigns on track by coordinating buying teams and processes
Monitor trading performance and spot opportunities to maximise value
Support TV planning with key AV insights and data
Run weekly buyer meetings and keep communication flowing
Build relationships with media owners and internal teams
Help resolve trading and finance queries quickly and efficiently
Stay ahead of market trends and share insights with the team
Strong numeracy and communication skills
A proactive, “get stuck in” attitude
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Confidence working with multiple stakeholders
A keen interest in media, trading, or finance
A problem-solving mindset and hunger to learn
