Job Description

As AV Account Manager, you will work across the AV planning and buying process for high-profile accounts in our business. This role will benefit an ambitious individual who has the vision and skills to help brands through a turbulent marketplace and help them navigate through the hurdles that the AV landscape is facing. 

Whether you're a junior manager looking for a promotion or already in a management role, we're looking for someone who will be primarily responsible for planning, implementing and delivering AV campaigns. who can collaborate with our AV Director, and ensure that commercial, audit, and client priorities always take centre stage. 

The AV team is a highly collaborative, honest, supportive and proactive bunch of people who believe in going the extra mile to deliver a job brilliantly done. The clients range from large to small in terms of spend and we provide each with the best solution they need for AV. We have weekly meetings as a department and keep each other updated with what is happening. The team are also great at helping each other when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high quality client and/or media owner service when working with our external partners
  • Work collaboratively with Planning and Investment teams to deliver quality, timely responses for AV planning and buying
  • Be proactive and results-orientated in day-to-day client and/or campaign management
  • Ensuring all AV administration is completed accurately 
  • Using the appropriate systems and technology to get under the skin of audience behaviour and consumption of AV channels

Qualifications

  • Innovative AV Campaign & Strategies: You will be at the forefront of devising cutting-edge AV media plans that captivate audiences and drive exceptional results for your clients

  • AV Implementation Expert: You will exude confidence in the planning and execution of AV channels, including TV, Video, Connected TV, and Cinema campaigns, staying up-to-date with industry trends to leverage the latest opportunities

  • Collaborative and Client-Centric: Your advanced negotiation, presentation, and communication skills will be crucial as you work collaboratively within our team, across the wider agency, with clients, and media owners to ensure the seamless execution of your campaigns

  • Master Media Tools: Your proficiency in Media Ocean tools, Prisma, Excel, and PowerPoint will empower you to make data-driven decisions and present compelling insights

  • Detail-Oriented & Creative Team Player: Keen eye for detail, while fostering a creative and collaborative approach within the team
