This role is instrumental in driving Continuous Improvement of automation equipment and relevant control systems. The aim will be to improve both Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), while supporting other CI projects within Manufacturing Engineering.

- Lead the implementation of condition-based monitoring systems to predict and prevent equipment failures, optimizing asset reliability and performance.
- Spearhead root cause analysis initiatives to identify underlying issues and implement strategic solutions that reduce downtime and enhance productivity.
- Champion the integration of automation technologies to modernize maintenance practices, aligning with the company's vision for a highly automated environment.
- Develop and oversee a robust reliability program that includes advanced data analytics, control systems, and Condition Based Monitoring to forecast maintenance needs and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement control systems that improve process efficiency and safety.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring system health, driving improvements in MTTR and MTBF.
- Document and standardize best practices for maintenance and reliability, ensuring knowledge transfer and consistent application across the organization.
- Conduct training sessions for maintenance personnel on new technologies and methodologies, elevating the overall skill set of the department.
- Manage or support CI projects within Manufacturing Engineering through the development and adoption of the latest technology to solve technical problems.
EXPERIENCE: - Proven experience in advanced root cause analysis and condition-based monitoring techniques.
- Demonstrated success in leading automation / controls projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a focus on reliability and maintenance engineering.
- Proficiency in utilizing CMMS and other maintenance management software to drive efficiency and decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental policies
