Identify inefficient manual processes across business teams and design, build, test, deploy, and maintain reliable automation solutions. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, use programming languages, APIs, workflow tools, data processing, and AI, and measure automation impact. Own projects from discovery through implementation while documenting solutions, monitoring reliability, gathering feedback, and continuously improving workflows.
We are looking to hire an Automation Engineer to work closely with teams across White Swan Data, including trading, quants, development, accounts and operations. This is an exciting opportunity to learn how they work, identify manual processes that could be automated, and build reliable solutions using the tools best suited to the problem, including AI.
In our fast-paced quantitative trading environment, accuracy and reliability matter as much as speed, and your work will directly free up colleagues’ time.
