About this opportunity:
As a Graduate Automated Operations Engineer, you will combine network expertise, analytical thinking, customer-service orientation, and organizational skills to ensure our networks operate smoothly and efficiently.
This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates with a technical degree and strong English communication skills. You will join the program on a 12-month contract and work in a rotational shift model, gaining hands-on experience across different operational areas. The role is based in Riyadh.

What you will do:
• Learn how to monitor a live mobile network 24/7, ensuring issues are identified and resolved promptly to avoid service disruption, including critical services such as emergency calls, while working in rotational shifts within the Network Operations Center (NOC).
• Coordinate, support, manage, and execute 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure services remain continuously available and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance standards.
• Open and manage customer trouble tickets and process service orders using various operational systems and tools.
• Initiate and support the investigation of incidents through trend analysis of end-user performance and network faults, enabling early identification of potential customer issues.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of new solutions to meet evolving customer requirements.
Qualifications & skills:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Software, or a related technical field)
• Understanding of telecommunication networks and network elements, or a strong passion for technology and 5G
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical and technical thinking skills
• Ability to react quickly and communicate clearly and openly
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, curiosity, ambition, and perseverance
• Willingness to collaborate, support others, and work as part of a team
• Availability to work in rotational shifts, including day and night shifts
