The opportunity

As the Audience Engagement Strategist, EMEA, you will be a key member of the Operations Team.  We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audience Engagement Strategist for the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in driving operational success and growth by taking full ownership of the region's operational activities. The ideal candidate will lead a dedicated team, analyze performance data, resolve campaign issues, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll do

  • Analyze and interpret quarterly performance data 
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and operational strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all EMEA campaign issues, including pacing, delivery, and quality assurance.
  • Drive accountability for issue resolution within the region, ensuring that challenges are addressed swiftly and effectively.
  • Provide regular, detailed reports on program status and operational concerns to operations leadership.
  • Make informed recommendations for process improvements and solutions based on comprehensive analysis and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives, fostering a unified approach to regional success.
  • Act as a liaison for regional data needs, proactively communicating these to operations leadership to ensure resource availability.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes for escalation and issue resolution, driving operational consistency across the region.
  • Work closely with leadership to optimize the tele-verification process, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.


Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation operations 
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with GTM Teams and other cross-functional departments
  • Strong quantitative skills and highly proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce.com
  • Must have the ability to influence and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization, be comfortable advising senior sales management on key deals to support their business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • A confident and determined outlook
  • Highly organized, customer-focused, innovative, and strong attention to details
  • Excellent communicator, self-aware, transparent, professional, and open to feedback

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Annual pay range

£46,000£50,000 GBP
