Company Description

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for Athlete Marketing Intern to be based in London, UK. This is a paid internship. The internship runs from the 8th June 2026 to 18th September 2026. You must be available for the whole duration of the program. The role will close on Monday 16th March at 10am.

This role will help to drive Red Bull’s Athlete marketing programme, demonstrating to the consumer that Red Bull is the only brand that gives wings to the world’s most exciting athletes and events across bike, core, fitness and mainstream. You will credibly and effectively communicate the functional benefits of Red Bull products to sports-interested consumers via a world-class athlete team and events program, as well as support the sports team day to day in delivering a yearly plan that produces the best sports marketing in the UK.

Job Description

Business Planning

Work with the athlete team & collaborate with internal stakeholders to build a strong athlete marketing plan for Red Bull UK.

Project Support

Support and experience the planning & delivery of Red Bull Projects.
Coordinate travel & logistic plans for athlete projects.
Support on the ideation of new athletes, projects and ways of working during the period of work.

Athlete Marketing Strategy

Support the athlete team on building & delivering a best in class athlete marketing strategy.
Take on a new, personalised sports marketing initiative during the internship to help grow and understand the work Red Bull does.
Assist the athlete team in delivering roster engagement & experience by being on hand to support the needs of the programme.

Qualifications

A passion & understanding of the sports landscape and the role that athletes play within it.
Strong influencing and communication skills.
A creative mind to fuel the future of athlete marketing projects and activations within the world of Red Bull.
Entrepreneurial, autonomous & results-orientated mindset.
