Job Duties: Facilitate client due diligence by setting up meetings with portfolio managers and providing them all necessary reporting and data. Procure, communicate and deliver investment solutions to BlackRock clients in the US market. Manage existing client schedule of monthly, quarterly and annual portfolio requests. Analyze search trends with proprietary tools such as Aladdin CRM to propose potential opportunities and construct future team priorities. Liaise with portfolio managers, retail sales, marketing, legal and compliance for RFP/RFI accuracy and completeness. Provide and demonstrate analysis of mutual fund and exchange traded fund data to Morningstar and Lipper (3rd party organizations) to assist in ongoing efforts to improve their fund category databases and maintain placement of BlackRock funds in preferred categories. Distribute Separately Managed Account data including performance indicators, AUM, applicable asset class exposures etc to Morningstar as part of their data dissemination service. Utilize Aladdin (proprietary data management and risk management tool) and its subapplications in tracking, analyzing and distributing mutual fund, sub-advised and ETF portfolio data to internal stakeholders as well as clients. Oversee and manage BlackRock’s independent audit process (undertaken through Deloitte) of 3rd party classification database compliance controls.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field and 12 months of experience in job offered or closely related role. ALT REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field, and 36 months of experience in job offered or closely related role. Position requires one year of experience in the following: Financial advisory services; Analysis of financial reports using data visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Morningstar Performance Dashboard, or Morningstar Flows Dashboard; Educating clients on financial markets, securities, and instruments, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives; Analyze and present financial market trends using ADAM, and Goldman Sachs 360; Tableau; Bloomberg Wire; Data analytics; Risk Management for Financial Services Industry; ETF

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$158,000.00 - USD$200,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
